Credit pack and history notice: Our current pricing offers one-time credit packs with permanent purchased and bonus credits, without a subscription or automatic renewal. AI Processing and Data Handling

Our generation and editing tools use Google Nano Banana and Google Nano Banana Edit, which are Gemini image models accessed through a KIE-compatible API gateway. Our upscaling tool uses the provider label Nano Banana Upscale. The precise routing identifiers and the limitation on identifying the upscaler's underlying model are disclosed in AI Models and Third-Party Services.

To perform the operation you request, the applicable AI processing provider receives the prompt and any image or image URL needed for that operation. We do not send payment card details or account passwords to AI model providers. Image Editor AI is an independent platform; model names identify third-party technology and do not imply endorsement by its owners.

Data Processing Principles

1. Temporary Processing: Images and prompts are processed temporarily to generate your requested edits. Processing typically takes 10 seconds to 5 minutes depending on complexity.

2. No Training Data: Your images and prompts are not used to train our AI models. They are processed for your specific request only and are not incorporated into our model training datasets.

3. User-Only Access: All your data (images, prompts, generated content) is only accessible to you. We do not share, view, or access your personal content for any purpose other than providing the requested AI processing services.

4. Creation History: We store creation records and associated image references and prompts so you can review your work and download available results. The planned history window and its current availability are described in History and Content Retention.

5. Content Deletion: You can delete creation records where that option is available in your account and contact us for requests concerning associated content or account data. Creation history, account records, and payment records have separate retention purposes, as explained below.

6. Processing Location: AI processing occurs on secure cloud servers with appropriate data protection measures in place.

Content Safety and Report Handling

Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child unsafe content/CSAM, deepfakes/impersonation, and copyright/trademark infringement. Our model calls use the AI model services' automated safety screening for both user inputs and AI outputs; inputs identified as illegal or prohibited are blocked, and outputs identified as illegal or prohibited are withheld. The policy also describes human review of reports and appeals, enforcement, and follow-up.

For a safety report or suspected violation, the support team uses the information necessary to assess the case and communicate a decision. Report information is limited to authorized support personnel and service providers needed to handle the case. It is not used for model training or advertising. We do not routinely disclose a reporter's identity to the reported user; disclosure may be necessary for a rights claim or required by law.

Safety reports and related correspondence are used only for case handling, appeals, abuse prevention, or applicable legal obligations. Where information must be preserved or disclosed for a lawful investigation, that handling is limited to what the law requires. The image and prompt retention commitments above continue to apply; this section does not create a general license to retain or reuse personal content.

History and Content Retention

• Planned Credit Pack Benefit: One-time credit packs are intended to include 100 days of creation history from each creation's processing date. This covers the creation record and its associated images and prompts for viewing and downloading.
• Current Availability: The 100-day history benefit is planned and will be announced when available. At present, a guaranteed 100-day download window and automatic content deletion on a fixed day are not yet available.
• Permanent Credits: Purchased and included bonus credits do not expire. This describes your wallet balance; it does not mean your images, prompts, or creation history are stored permanently. Free reward credits may have their own expiry dates.
• Deletion Requests: You may delete creation records through your account where supported. For associated image files, prompts, or account deletion, contact support@imageeditorai.org. Removing a record from your history does not itself confirm deletion of every associated file or copy held by a service provider.
• Account and Financial Records: Account information, orders, payments, refunds, and credit ledger entries are separate from creation history. These records may be retained as necessary to maintain your account and balance, resolve billing disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.
• Service Provider Storage: AI and storage providers may apply their own retention and deletion practices. Requests concerning associated content are handled with the relevant provider where needed.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment Processing: The payment provider identified at checkout, which may be Waffo Pancake, Stripe, Creem, PayPal, or another available provider, receives the information needed to process that transaction. • AI Processing: A KIE-compatible API provider processes prompts and images for Google Nano Banana (google/nano-banana), Google Nano Banana Edit (google/nano-banana-edit), and the provider's Nano Banana Upscale route (nano-banana-upscale). These providers receive the inputs necessary to perform the requested generation or editing operation; see our model disclosure.

International Processing

Our cloud, AI, and payment providers may process information in a country other than your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for such processing, we must use the required safeguards. You may contact us for information about the providers involved in a specific request or transaction. This policy does not imply that every provider offers processing in your country.
